Family Fun Night
We need event volunteers to help with arts & crafts, jenga, cake raffle, drinks & snacks, food ticket sales, basketball shoot, hockey shoot, Jack Astors, hamster wheel, line-up control and general event facilitation.
Pizza Program - Starting after March break, 1 volunteer is needed every Friday (or Thursday, when there is a PA Day) until the end of school. Each Friday you will need to:
- Check into the office at 9:45 a.m. so that they know someone is there to distribute the pizza. There will be some instructions there in case you need it.
- Set up a couple of tables near the gym for the pizza
- The pizza boxes come labelled with the class names and the correct amount of pizza. It’s just a matter of distributing them to the kids when they come to collect them.
Winter Carnival - We need event volunteers to help with ice sculpting, arts & crafts, snowshoeing, hockey shoot, outdoor bowling, giant jenga, snack table, chili table, food tickets. We also need bakers who can donate nut-free, individually wrapped baked goods for the Bake Sale.
Book Fair - We need a few volunteers for the Meadowlands Book Fair. Each volunteer slot is for 2 hours. We need 6 volunteers over the three days.
Craft Fair - We need volunteers for the craft fair! We will need people to sell food tickets, run the snack table, sell raffle tickets and serve food.
