Olympic Rings

On Thursday, February 8th, 2018, there will be a parade of athletes into the gym at 8:40. Each class will proceed to the gym with their country’s flag. Primary and Junior classes are making flags the size of a piece of Bristol board and the Kinders are making Olympic rings to be placed on the gym wall.

During the assembly, we will sing O’Canada and there will be a couple of short videos about the Olympics. Students who participated in intramural activities and sports teams will be recognized.

Students are invited to follow the results of their class country, and of course Canada and ancestral countries. The official Peyongchang site has a medal count for each country in both French and English. as does CBC and Radio-Canada.
